Ticket Terms & Conditions

The terms outlined here are an addendum to our main Terms & Conditions.

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before purchasing your festival tickets.

No Refunds or Exchanges — All sales are final, including drink tickets and merchandise at the festival. Armstrong MetalFest will not issue refunds after the ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.

No ticket shall be resold or offered for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Armstrong MetalFest staff.

If you purchase tickets from outside Canada, the quoted and charged prices will be in Canadian dollars.

Shipping

By purchasing a ticket, purchasers agree to waive their right to a refund for lost, stolen, damaged, or not picked up tickets.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Armstrong MetalFest is not responsible for tickets that have been shipped but not picked up. If you have not received your ticket after a month of receiving your confirmation email, it is your responsibility to contact Armstrong MetalFest staff.

Correct shipping information must be supplied at the time of purchase. If shipping or credit card information is incorrect, Armstrong MetalFest will attempt to contact you to receive the correct information. If Armstrong MetalFest is unable to contact you, your order may be canceled, and your tickets may be resold to another customer.
