Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at AMF this year! Please fill out and submit the application below. We will contact you once the vendors have been selected.
Please note that our set up is different this year and table space is extremely limited. All vendors will be juried to ensure the best variety for festival attendees.

We require that you submit pictures of your product and booth set up (if possible) in order to be considered. If accepted, these pictures will be used on our social media platforms to promote the event.
Vendor Slot – Metal Market
Fees:
10×10 space for $250
Hours:
10am-7pm Friday (July 11th) and Saturday (July 12th)
These spaces will be in our new metal market location that is in between the main venue and the camp sites. You are welcome to set up your space in any way that you see fit as long as all of your displays stay within the 10×10 space. Tent structures are absolutely allowed and the building will be locked at the end of each day.

Fee includes your vendor fee, camping and festival pass for 1 Vendor and 1 Helper, two chairs, power, and festival parking. Table NOT included.
We ask you to provide your own tables, we can provide one with an extra rental fee for $25.
The lighting in the venue is limited, you will have access to power but we encourage you to bring your own extension cords and lighting.

$175 for one day or $350 for both days.

I agree to the following terms and conditions:
Vendor set up starts Thursday evening from 5pm–8pm (July 10th) to Friday morning 8am–10am (July 11th), tear down begins after 7pm
on Saturday evening (until 8pm)–Sunday afternoon. Once you arrive, please check in with our vendor coordinator (Morgan Zentner).
All vendor booths, food trucks, and merchandise must be approved in advance.
Assignment of vendor space will be at the promoter’s discretion.
All vendors must be operational during the event hours (10am-7pm Friday, July 11th and Saturday, July 12th).
Vendors are permitted snacks and non alcoholic beverages behind their booth, however absolutely no glass is allowed.
If you do not have a helper, be prepared to shut down for meals, we suggest putting out a sign and covering your space with something (e.g., table cloths, tapestries, etc).
Upon departure, all vendor spaces must be clean and returned to original venue conditions. Any vendor that fails to adequately clean upon departure will not be asked back for future events.
AMF is not responsible for lost or stolen items.The venue will be locked and secure each evening but we do not advise leaving money or valuables unattended.
