The terms outlined here are an addendum to our main Terms & Conditions.

Armstrong MetalFest will not issue refunds after the ticket has been purchased and shipped, or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

By purchasing a ticket, purchasers agree to waive their right to a refund for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged or not picked up. No ticket shall be resold or offered for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Armstrong MetalFest staff.

If you are purchasing tickets from outside of Canada, the prices quoted and charged will be in Canadian dollars.


Shipping charges are non-refundable. Armstrong MetalFest is not responsible for tickets that have been shipped but not picked up. If you have not received your ticket after a month of receiving your confirmation email, it is your responsibility to contact Armstrong MetalFest staff.

Correct shipping information must be supplied at the time of purchase. If shipping or credit card information is incorrect, Armstrong MetalFest will attempt to contact you to receive the correct information. If Armstrong MetalFest is unable to contact you, your order may be cancelled and your tickets resold to another customer.


Tickets can only be refunded before they are shipped and include a $15 handling fee/cancellation fee. Failure to contact Armstrong MetalFest staff after a reasonable amount of time has passed may result in your refund to be denied.
